She previously worked at Goldman Sachs and HSBC in the Investment Banking Division in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Daphne received her master’s from Stanford University’s School of Engineering and her bachelor’s from Purdue University (highest honors).

Timothy Lu

Timothy Lu
Tim has co-founded multiple companies, including Tango Therapeutics (NASDAQ), Engine Biosciences, Senti Biosciences (NASDAQ), Synlogic (NASDAQ), BiomX (NYSE), Bota Bio, Eligo Biosciences, Corvium, and others, and has also advised multiple others, which have collectively raised over $1B via non-dilutive biopharma deals and investors.
He joined the Departments of Biological Engineering and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT in 2010, and also became a member of the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART). He has received numerous awards for his research work and innovation, including the NIH New Innovator Award, US Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers, MIT Technology Review’s TR35, and the 2018 Xconomy Scientific Founder of the Year.
Tim earned his M.D. from Harvard Medical School and his Ph.D. in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from MIT.

Darin Baur

Darin Baur
Darin has been an advisor to multiple entities, including start-ups and funds in the biotechnology space, assisting with corporate finance and legal matters, and working on investments and related transactions.
He started his career as an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom in the United States, followed by senior investment banking roles with Citigroup, HSBC and Canaccord Genuity in the United States and Hong Kong.
Darin holds a J.D. from the Harvard University Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A. and a B.A. from Albion College in Albion, Michigan, U.S.A.

Jeffrey Lu

Jeffrey Lu
He has founded, built, and led companies operating across Asia, the United States, and Europe, resulting in multiple successful exits and hundreds of millions of dollars in funding from blue-chip investors. These experiences include Engine Biosciences, Enleofen Bio (acquired by Boehringer Ingelheim in a multi-billion-dollar transaction), Bota Bio, AAE (acquired by Expedia), and other venture-backed companies.
Alongside his operating roles, Jeff has been an active investor in early- and growth-stage companies with experience spanning institutional venture capital and principal investing.
Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant at Bain & Company and held senior strategy and commercial leadership roles at AirAsia Group.
Jeff earned his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Fiona Lee
Fiona was a recipient of the National Science Scholarship (NSS) from Agency of Science Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore. She received her DPhil from University of Oxford and her bachelor’s from Imperial College London (First Class Honours). After completing her studies, she underwent postdoctoral training at Karolinska Institutet (Sweden), Genome Institute of Singapore (A*STAR) and National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS).

Shih-Li Su
At NeoSci Ventures, Shih-Li serves as Assistant Vice President, where he focuses on sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence on new deals, and connecting NSV with local biotech and healthcare ecosystem. He brings an operator’s perspective to investment evaluation, drawing on his experience in business development, commercialization, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. Shih-Li received his MBA in International Business from National Taiwan University and his BSc in Life Science from National Tsing Hua University.

Vincent Lim

Vincent Lim
Vincent holds a Ph.D. in Biochemical Science and Technology from National Taiwan University, where his doctoral research focused on the structural and molecular basis of membrane protein signaling. His work has led to peer-reviewed publications, international scientific presentations, and interdisciplinary collaborations. He is also a recipient of the Ministry of Education Taiwan Scholarship Program.

Jamie Ng

Jamie Ng
For almost a decade, Jamie has been with Engine Biosciences, where she has led and supported finance, human resources, payroll, compliance, and operational functions through the company’s growth and development. Her experience includes building operational processes and policies, managing financial and administrative functions, and supporting teams across Singapore and the United States.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Merit from the National University of Singapore.
